Ross Lester – Varsity Blues, Not Another Teen Movie, Popular

Remeber Billy Bob, the overweight beer-drinking loon? If you do you won’t recognize him now. Lester underwent duodenal surgery to help combat his weight. Since the surgery he has lost over 300 pounds and has still maintianed a steady acting career appearing on the hit show Popular. He now does motivational work on the radio.

Jonathen Lipnicki – Jerry Maguire, Stuart Little

Lipnicki shattered hearts when he showed in Jerry Maguire telling tom Cruise invaluable information on the human head. Head enjoyed a lot of success after that with roles in Stuart Little movies. Now, most of his time is spent training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and in the gym. Good on ya’ Lipnicki.

Nickelodeon’s sweet heart, Amanda Bynes, was headed for a promising acting career. That is until she “retired” in 2010 and then had a series of bizarre interactions with the police. A hit & run, throwing bongs out of her hotel window among other things. She’s seemed to calm down a little in the last year, thankfully. In fall 2014 she is enrolled at FIDM in Irvine, California.

Lark played Lisa, the spunky love interest of Screech Powers on the hit teen sitcom. She wasn’t just a one hit wonder, though. She went on to have a very successful Soap Opera career throughout the ninties. Recently her acting career has taken a back seat to her very production company.

Jeremy Miller – Growing Pains

Miller rose to childhood fame while playing the youngest Seaver on the hit show Growing Pains. He took a long break from acting and attended school for a year at USC. Miller is back acting again with roles in the successful films Milke and Fashion and Never Have I Ever.

Jeremy Jackson – Baywatch

After a successful stint on Baywatch as the young Hobie Buchannon, Jackson’s personal struggles came to light. He battled drug addiction for years before cleaning up, but that only turned into a steroid addiction which led to an appearance on Celebrity Rehab. He has been clean and sober for the last few years and performs regularly in nightclubs around the country singing.

Jason David Frank – The Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers

Playing a butt kicking hunk on television had a real impact on Frank. He took his green ranger fighting abilities to the octagon and has become a successful MMA fighter. He was inducted into the World Karate Hall of Fame in 2003 for his contributions to the sport.

Who couldn’t forgot Scott Smalls? His character name only gave us one of the most classic lines of the 90s. “You’re killing me, Smalls.” Guiry went on to do some successful television work and appeared alongside Tim Robbins and Sean Penn in the critically acclaimed Mystic River. Recently though he has ran into trouble by head butting a police officer in a Houston airport because they told him he was too drunk to board the plane.
